Concepts and tool knowledge introduced in UX 201 will be applied in this course and further developed in regard to 3-D design and production. We will code on open hardware /micro-controllers such as arduinos and smaller form factors for e-textiles, to explore the concept of the internet of things. Students will have a chance to participate in several aspects of making through prototyping with electronics, microcontrollers and some simple computer programming in C++ on the Arduino. Prerequisites: UX201.
